Eyecare Billing services will provide:
We will exhaust all avenues available to research and understand why a claim was denied or rejected at the EDI level. We will make any necessary corrections and resubmit. In the event, that eligibility is not found, we will transfer the balance to the patient. If an appeal is necessary, we will submit those on behalf of you.
We do not mail out or send patient statements. However, some practice management software will allow for statements to be emailed with a push of a button and we will send those out when we transfer patient balances. Follow-up is required from the practice.
